I'm proud to be a part of the team here at The ROHO Group. Since I started working here in October of 1990, I have always been in the customer service area. This allows me to witness first hand how valuable our product and services are to the consumer. I get immense satisfaction knowing that I'm part of a company dedicated to improving the quality of life for our consumers. I can tell you that we hold our standards very high and everyone rallies to meet and exceed these goals. Providing top-notch education for our team members, clinicians and others is a top priority. I have worked for The ROHO Group 8 years, working in the Research and Development department. I enjoy the very interesting and challenging work I encounter daily. The things I enjoy the most are the interaction with the various departments of the organization and the people I work with. We all work for one common goal, long term company success. Long term company success requires customer satisfaction, products of high quality, education, and everybody working together to achieve this goal. Even though we are divided into separate departments, the phrase no boundaries describe us well, when called upon, we contribute where and when needed to meet the organizations needs. The ROHO Group promotes personal growth through out the company, through education reimbursement, in house training seminars and advancement opportunities within the organization. The education reimbursement benefit is one of my favorites which I have used frequently. This allows employees to learn and develop new skills and the opportunity to put them to use on the job. Working for The ROHO Group is an exciting and rewarding experience because I can see our products put to use first hand. The difference our products make in the quality of life of the users gives you a very good feeling.
