The Training and Education department provides in-house training and education opportunities to the entire staff of The ROHO Group to facilitate an understanding of our role in the medical and consumer market as well as the relationship between departments.

A range of four topics per quarter is offered and given in a variety of formats. The topics range from the steps involved in manufacturing a ROHO® cushion ("Stone Soup - Making Something from a Few Key Ingredients), to how different generations work together ("Generations at Work"). We also offer presentations on new products The ROHO Group introduces in the medical market ("Get Into the nexus® SPIRIT®") and consumer market ("AIRHAWK for Motorcycles"), as well as presentations on the tried and true products manufactured by The ROHO Group. All presenters are ROHO Group employees.

One aspect of The ROHO Group’s unique culture is in developing its own leaders with a customized Leadership Program all its own.
